To make an appointment, please contact us directly by calling 541-500-3755, or you can schedule online our website. Upon scheduling your appointment, we will ask patients to provide a credit card to guarantee the appointment. We will not charge you a fee for your appointment unless you do not show up or you cancel less than 48 hours in advance.
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your initial appointment to prepare for your treatment. As we are a medical aesthetics center, we require new patients to fill out a brief medical history information and consent form. Returning patients should also arrive 5-10 minutes early to allow us to prepare the skin.
We value your time, and we hope that you value our time as well! For non-surgical procedures, we have a 48 hour cancellation policy. Any appointment cancelled with less than 48 hours notice will have a $100 cancellation fee automatically charged. If you have an emergency, please let us know as soon as possible.
Please give us a call as soon as possible if you think you may be late for your appointment. It’s important that you arrive on time for your appointment so that we can provide you with the best experience, and so that we can be on time for the next appointment. Although we try our best to be accommodating, If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may have to reschedule your appointment and you would be charged the $100 cancellation fee.
