Find relief for your most intimate concerns
It is estimated that up to 43% of women suffer from sexual dysfunction in some form.
Urinary incontinence is also a widespread problem among many women, especially those who have been through childbirth and menopause. What if both vagina-related problems (and many others) could be solved with a single shot?
This is why the O-Shot®, or Orgasm Shot, was developed. Like other Vampire procedures, this treatment uses platelet-rich plasma (PRP) as a primary ingredient to solve problems like decreased libido, urinary incontinence, inability to orgasm, chronic vaginal pain, postpartum fecal incontinence, and more. At Levitt Medical Aesthetics, we are proud to offer the O-Shot in Albany, OR to our female patients seeking vaginal rejuvenation.

How it works
Of the many ways the body changes after childbirth, one most women feel the least prepared for is urinary incontinence. While this may be a more embarrassing problem to discuss, there is no need to suffer in silence!
The O-Shot is a completely natural procedure in which our highly experienced team first (gently) draws your blood from your arm and takes it for a spin in a centrifuge to separate out the platelet-rich plasma, also known as “PRP.” After you’re numbed with a local anesthetic, we inject your PRP into the upper walls of your vagina and into your clitoris, delivering essential growth factors and encouraging increased blood flow to the area.
The O-Shot is one of our go-to treatments for patients suffering from vaginal dryness, stress urinary incontinence, lichen sclerosus, interstitial cystitis, painful intercourse (including from tears or episiotomies in childbirth), and many other conditions.
There’s no need to stress about pain during the treatment. With our numbing cream, our clients typically report around a 0 to 1 out of 10 on a pain scale. We often hear the sensation of an O-Shot referred to as “pressure” or, on rare occasions, a tiny pinch or burn.
Besides treating incontinence, the O-Shot in Albany, OR also enhances clitoral stimulation and orgasm.
What to expect
For every woman who’s had to sit out for jumping jacks at CrossFit or prayed while sneezing, the O-Shot was made for you!
The O-Shot is another treatment in our Vampire services toolbox. It’s a non-surgical way to treat the embarrassing issue of stress urinary incontinence. In a painless 5-minute procedure using only your own blood spun into PRP, the O-Shot can stop pesky stress urinary incontinence by supporting the area under the urethra that gets weakened with childbirth and age.
The O-Shot is also a great treatment for those suffering from vaginal dryness, whether that’s caused by lifestyle, genetics, stress, post-menopause, or cancer.
It works by regenerating the cells that produce lubrication and is a great alternative for women who cannot receive estrogen hormone therapy.
Patients experience no down time after the O-Shot because it is not medication or another similar substance.
PRP is not foreign to your body in any way because it comprises your own platelets. Patients can go back to work after the procedure, though we recommend avoiding sex or vaginal penetration for 2 to 3 days.
After the procedure, the tissues that make up the vagina, G-spot, and clitoris grow more healthy and rejuvenated as the blood flow to these areas increase.
Nerves in these erogenous zones respond better and women can feel and control the vaginal muscles, easing urinary incontinence.

FAQ
The ideal candidates for the O-Shot are women who experience difficulty achieving sexual climax, experience vaginal dryness, and/or have urinary incontinence. However, we do not recommend the O-Shot to patients seeking to treat pyschosexual dysfunctions such as inability to achieve orgasm or low sex drive. Pregnant or breastfeeding women are also unsuitable candidates.
Patients’ pain tolerances vary. However, we use strong topical numbing creams and local anesthesia to minimize discomfort. Most people describe the sensation as “pressure,” although some also feel a small pinch or burn.
Some women choose to have a 2nd O-shot for various reasons. You may have a 2nd O-shot after 8-12 weeks if you desire.
Most patients feel satisfied with the results of their series of 1 or 2 initial O-Shots for 1 to 2 years before requiring another to keep up the results.
Yes. Any time of the month in a woman’s cycle is acceptable.
