Sculptra induces your body’s natural collagen output over time, and after a series of treatments, you will achieve what has come to be known as, “the Sculptra® glow!” Dr. Levitt works with you to create an individualized treatment plan for Sculptra® in Albany that addresses your aesthetic concerns.
Sculptra is a dermal filler made of microparticles of poly-L-lactic acid. These tiny particles are suspended in fluid, and then injected under the skin. They stimulate your body to create collagen, and the results can be amazing. Many of our Albany clients call Sculptra “their little secret” (which, of course, is a secret that is safe with us!).
Sculptra can also give your buttocks more fullness and lift, addressing the “flat butt” look, and adding extra curves to your body’s contours.
What to expect
Results following your Sculptra treatments may take up to 6 weeks to become visible, because your body is naturally improving the treated areas.
Swelling and most other possible side effects should be completely gone by the time the results fully appear.
Sculptra’s expected life span should last for years after up to 4 injection sessions.
The results of Sculptra can be extended even further with annual 1-vial maintenance injections.
